Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your payment method. Your card will not be charged at this stage. We will then confirm with our supplier that the product you have ordered is available for immediate dispatch.
Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be forwarded for dispatch. If there is any delay — such as an item being on backorder or temporarily unavailable — we will cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you immediately with an update.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and the item is in stock and ready for dispatch, your payment will be fully processed. Shipping times vary depending on the specific product, model, and supplier, so please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate delivery estimate.

If you have not received your order within the shipping timeframe stated on the product page, please contact us at contact@emberlyhome.co.uk and we will assist you right away.

Damages

We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully at the point of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery where possible. If damage is only discovered after delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (external box + product).

  2. Email the images and your order number to contact@emberlyhome.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

This enables us to open an insurance claim with the courier or supplier and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Damaged items must not be installed — installation voids damage claims.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed at no additional cost.

If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation may incur a restocking or return fee depending on the supplier’s policy, and you (the buyer) may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will only be issued using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned to the supplier in its original, unused condition.
