Refund Policy

Returns You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping If you are returning an unwanted item with no faults or damage, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you wish to exchange for a similar product, we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged Items If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery. Then contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement.

If damage is not visible at delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will arrange a replacement or spare parts at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
